Our fire department was established
in 1960. Located on a pennisula North of Plattsburgh New York.
The
district covers approximately 12 square miles and consists of a small
commercial zone, a residential and wooded area with rich Historic
view points of the Battle of Plattsburgh during the war of 1812.
Cumberland
Head fire district is surrounded by Beautiful Lake Champlain. Cumberland
Head fire department founded Clinton county's first cold/swift water
rescue unit.
